Directorate of Adventure, Physical and Sports Activities (DAPSA)

DAPSA is the nodal directorate of the Indian Navy for all matters concerning Adventure sports and other sports discipline. Under DAPSA, several specialized cells operate that looks after each adventure and sports areas.

Past Achievements of DAPSA
DAPSA was formed in 2002 to give a major thrust to all the adventure sports in the Indian Navy. Since its inception, DAPSA has successfully conducted six major high altitude Himalayan expedition and several other high altitude activities like skiing, trekking, etc.
